Episode 115 – Special guest talking Lyme

In this very special episode of the podcast I am delighted to be chatting to author and expert Morven-May MacCallum on the subject of Lyme disease.

In it we discuss her own experiences, advice on avoiding tick bites, as well as what to do if you believe you have become infected.
I feel this is great information for any outdoor enthusiast to have and I hope you find this as interesting as I did. we did have a few technical hiccups in the recording, but it all came out well in the end.

Big changes

The latest episode of the podcast is now up, can’t believe I’m up to 114 full episodes.

In this episode I discuss the recent changes to the NFAS rules following the publication of the results of the recent voting. You can see the full details in the NFAS newsletter / bulletin available from the NFAS website. You might recall I recorded an episode a while back discussing the proposals . These rules changes come into effect from the 1st of April 2025.

I also discuss a life changing decision I’ve made concerning my future. I’ll admit I am more than a little nervous, but the decision is made now.
