Episode 93 – Applying the archers triangle when coaching

In this episode I explore how the concepts round the archers triangle can be applied to help archers.

The archers triangle is a concept I have used for several years to help explain the shooting process and steps. If you are interested feel free to check out the website for more details son how I apply the Archers triangle for helping archers suffering from target panic. In essence the triangle explores the key 3 elements of archery, the archer, arrow and bow.

I explain how the archers triangle can be used to explain and identify issues archers can face with their shooting in order for them to then move forward and develop.

Apologies the sound quality isn’t as good as normal, I think this was due to me being away as I recorded this in Wales whilst visiting family and did not have my normal microphone set up.

Enjoy your shooting and as always thanks for listening.
