I just wanted to take this opportunity to send a message of support to all my fellow archers in the UK and beyond who maybe struggling with anxiety. So many of us are in limbo, stuck unable to get out and shoot due to COVID restrictions.

Or clubs unable to open due to restrictions. So many of my archery friends are in Tier 3 locations so are unable venture out. In fact, following recent government announcements, huge areas of the UK are now under Tier 3 restrictions.

Having said that as, I look out of my window, I can see and hear it raining heavily with strong winds so it might not be ideal archery weather right now.

I will also take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy Christmas. I hope you can see your friends and family.
