This is well worth watching if you are struggling with target panic as it offers some good advice on developing mental process especially the idea of talking out loud prior to start of the shot.

The rest is also a useful technique and I used to use 4 controlled shots and repeat.

Podcast Episode 75

The latest episode is now available to listen too. I have reached the 75th episode of the podcast and the first thing I want to say is a huge thanks to everyone who has support me, offered help and advice, or sent in questions and feedback.
