Ok so weekend is round the corner π
Question do I stick with the new bow or swap back to old one until after my shoulder settles down?
Not sure. As I didn’t do very well last week and was in quite a bit of pain too, I’m having second thoughts

Well Sunday saw me journey to the Forest of Arden NFAS shoot. This well established club has a lovely wood and had laid a very challenging course of 40 3D targets. Whilst Sharon rose to the challenge, it would be fare to say I didn’t.
Things didn’t go well for me π¦ In hind sight it was a mistake to take the flatbow. I needed more practice. I could blame the arrow matching, the course but in reality it was me. It was the first time when I actually nearly walked off a course because I was feeling so low
At this point I must thank Shel, Gareth, Gary and Sharon for putting up with me, cheers
ok, so I tried out the new AFB today.
Took a bit of getting used to, but enjoyed it. So different to my recurve, but must say Andy makes great bows.
shoulders aching a bit and feel the heavier weight.
Will see how it works at Forest of Arden
